Cartoon flash

i need a cartoon making. i have pictures of the people i need on it which they will have to look like them people and voice recordings of them people, all other noises will have to be created by you (things like phone going off etc). I have what i need in mind which i will be able to talk you through it as we are going along. If i like what is done i will give nice bonus!!
