Flex project update to 4.5 from 3.6 and create the native mobile app (AIR)

Dear Sir/Madam, I am looking for the professional who can update the Flex project from 3.6 to 4.5. Then we will need the IOS and Android Air native app which is developed by Flex 4.5. Also there are some minor issues in project files. So the tasks are : 1) Update the project from flex 3.6 to 4.5 2) Make a new design ( for lobby and for games ) 3) fix some minor issues in source codes. 4) develop the ios and Android Native Air app from flex.
