Design of real estate aggregation website

The purpose of this project is to build a property aggregation online system that achieves the followings: Act as a medium between: • Property developers, with real estate agents, worldwide. • Other marketing agents or thirty party distribution channels: financial planners, mortgage brokers, insurance agents, etc The online system will act as a property aggregation system whereby multiple developers’ properties and projects will be listed. The system will have a fully functional back end cloud system where to third party agents, financial planners and mortgage brokers can subscribe. Once the site administrator accepts subscription, they are able to login, view property details and sell properties to their clients. The site will list properties with research information, price list, floor plans, contract of sale, and other marketing information. Whilst clients are able to buy properties directly through the real estate front end website, they don’t get access to detailed back end information and functionality.
