Being Fat Sucks!

At the age of 22 I decided that I needed to lose some weight, I was about 330 lbs and deeply depressed. When I was younger I was overweight, and I knew it. I was never far from a good teasing or taunting and I developed a complex. Compound this with the fact that I moved around a lot and never stuck around at the same school for more than a year and you end up with one interesting character. When I met the end of the rope and decided that I didn't want to live anymore I gave myself one more chance to change my life, and it worked. I lost 165lbs in a little over a year, I ended up being a feature in People magazine and got to be on several TV shows including the Today Show, E News, Extra and a few others. Life after success has been a struggle as well, but in new ways. I'm learning how to deal with the issues that I lumped in with being fat now that I'm not but it's taking some time, and that is why I want to write a book. I want to write a book about my life up until now. I want to make a serious but light hearted/dark humored book that covers the good and bad memories of growing up overweight and dealing with a broken home. I don't have the time, energy or knowledge to create a book myself so I'm looking for someone who does it professionally to help me. I've had to deal with some very delicate and dark things in my life so I want to work with someone that can help include the truth of a dark subject in a way that won't overshadow the overall message.
