Book project - open to bidding

I was wondering if you could give me a rough estimate on a creative writing project of about 100,000 words in length, both in work hours (i.e., cost) and the total amount of time you think that would take. We can discuss what kind of outline/framework you would be dealing with If your rate would be more or less than your listed per hour rate, we can discuss that as well.
