Animated isometric Zombie for iPad

Skills required not limited to but include - Isometric 2D high quality cartoon zombie with animation using: - Adobe Illustrator vector design - Animation in Adobe Flash or After Effects Additional: - Previous experience in mobile game character/unit design. - A passion for high quality and compelling design. Job Description: We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer who will be responsible for creating a compelling and innovative 2D Isometric zombie unit with animation for a iPad tower defence game. Here's what you need to know. Your responsibilities: - Translate requirements into highly engaging and compelling design concepts - Effectively conceptualize, design and create high-quality visuals in vector format with animations in Adobe After Effects/Flash. - Create image sets for iPad retina and standard resolution. - Apply isometric design techniques for 3D effect on 2D graphics of zombie Your qualifications: - Strong grasp of visual design principles, information design, typography, color, imagery and iconography - Compelling portfolio that demonstrates elegant, engaging and innovative character/unit design (preferably isometric cartoon characters with animation for 2D games) - References or an established reputation Other info: - The animation will include walking, attack and death. - The gameplay calls for units/characters/zombies with a height range of 40-55 pixels (when referencing to iPad 2 resolution i.e. double this for Retina) as such the design must be captivating and draw the player into the isometric world in a small size. - Upon our satisfaction of the delivered product (1 x isometric 2D zombie with animation) there is more work for the rest of the game. - Further work will include environment/world design as well as menus and GUI. (example of quantity of further work: 3x Zombies, 4 x towers/buildings, 4 x map design) - A full brief of specifications, inspiration and theme will be given once the respective designer has been chosen.
