I need a banner, size around 400x400 square, or sized by your proposal. ideas are following:
we are reproducer of famous oil paintings,
1. we sell hand painted reproduction of famous paintings.
2. we can almost paint everything on canvas.
3. if customer send us a picture(for example a famous Picasso painting, we paint it.)
4. must be eyecatching, and precisely tell the viewer what is our service.
5. our website background is dark blue.
6. this is just a simple design job, please quote reasonable price. No more than 100 pls
7. animated Gif, no need flash.
