hi, this is taking a picture and making it into DevExpress skin to skin an EXE file. See attached file. Make this into a DevExpress Skin file which will then skin the Delphi 2009 EXE file. You must already have Delphi 2009, latest version of DevEx. Please pay attention to style. You must have rounded edges, nice looking title icons. Later on you will make nice buttons (TcxButtons) using skinning. I have changed price max to US$100, but I am open to fair suggestions. It's also OK if you use Delphi 2006/2007/2008 provided you use latest version of DevExpress ## Deliverables 1) Custom DevExpress Skin and result EXE/Delphi codes which shows elements of attached screenshot. The DevExpress skin must show rounded edges, and almost similar look-and-feel of the attached image, in equivalent, in Delphi 2009/DevExpress. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
