I own an expensive store for making suits / shirts for men.
I would like to create a booklet to keep in all my stores where customers can read while tailoring their suits.

I would like to make THAT into a nice, elegant, looking booklet that I can bind and put in all my stores.
Please format it nicely (Fonts, backgrounds, images, etc) with nice designs and easy to read appearance.
Please remember that my store is very high end and expensive so it has to look classy.
** Please create the FIRST Page with an IMAGE of any store logo, and I will replace that image with the logo of my company.

I can do this easily, its simple work but I simply do not have time, I am traveling and serving customers at all times.
