Adword: Ad Creation. (image and flash)

I am looking for a designer who can quickly whip up Google adword capable images and flash vids. Looking for a specific solar power company to advertise for. Shouldnt be hard. Lets get this going, please provide examples of your work when responding. I am looking for all images and flash ads. I also would like to build long term relationship and have many more ads created down the road. Thank you!
