Animate logo for new site, and published material

We are looking for someone to design logos for a new web site called [url removed, login to view]
We do not have any specific design in mind, except that the web logo should contain animated smoke, rising off of flames somehow.
We will also require stills in png format of various sizes for printed works as well.
The winner of this bid will be offered other web graphics work as the site design progress in March.
