Collaboration Platform Logo

Hi, I need a Collaboration Platform Logo designed. I'm looking for someone who can provide 3 variations with modifications upon the chosen one. The selected candidate needs to provide all the details on how the logo was built - from idea/concept to logo and how the logo can be used in different colors and on different backgrounds. I don't want re-used ideas or graphics where the only thing the artist brought in is the text. I am basically searching for a true professional graphic designer with an amazing portfolio which I will use for all my future projects. I will not consider individuals who copy/paste messages. I am not looking for cheap works but your portfolio must justify your bid. P.S.
