Company Logo Design "editing Stuff"

Hi,
We are looking for someone to design a logo for us for our company "EditingStuff.com"
The logo is for our new website which specializes in audio editing equipment, such as Studio Microphones, Mic Stands, Editing Keyboards and Recording bits.
The website is going to have a web 2.0 feel to it, so this needs to be brought into the logo.
The logo must be Clean and modern looking.
At the moment, we have no definitive look or colour scheme so please let your design juices run wild!
*WE REQUIRE THAT DESIGNERS SUBMIT A MOCK AND WE WILL PICK AND PAY FOR THE BEST DESIGN. WE WILL NOT BE AGREEING TO ANYONE WHO DOES NOT SUPPLY A MOCK, AS WE HAVE ALREADY LOST $75 DUE TO THIS MISTAKE.
The Logo once finished must be supplied in PSD/Ai format in also colour and black version for packaging.
The winning designer will also be kept in mind for our next project which is coming up in 25 days and will also be kept for future banner designs etc.
