Company Logo Required

I am in need of a company logo. The firm is a plastering company that uses the colours blue and black or red and black. I have had logos done in the past and know the style i am after. When bidding please enclose a sample of your previous work so i can tell if you are on the same wave lengths as me.? I also require a minimum of 5 intial designs and then unlimited touch ups to the desired logo as to get it right.? There is a tight turn around for this, as I need the logo for an advert that will be published soon. The one we are using is just text and we need somthing to stand out.? Because of the cost involved in new prints for the vehicles and stationary etc, i have worked out the best way for the logo to work is have it stand alone, that way we can place the logo on the existing stationary.
