Create an Image

I am looking for an image to print on a T-shirt Attached is the image sample I am looking for. I need an image of a Referee being punched in the face. The image should contain the referee's face, and partial neck and shoulder (to show his standard black and white uniform) a fist connecting to his face, his hat and or whistle flying off from the impact of the punch. I need it black and white and in the same concept of the attached image. It must be a smooth image ready to print on a T- shirt. Payment upon approval of image is $50 (fifty dollars U.S.)
