Create Photo-Realistic Gradient Mesh Of Me In Illustrator

Hi There,

I have a picture of me that I need to be made into a photo-realistic gradient mesh in Adobe illustrator. The max budget is $15 for it, however I know that this shouldn't be too hard to do. I have attached the file I need made into a gradient mesh.
