Design Golf Tournament Website for Metro Atlanta

I'm looking to have a website designed that would allow people to advertise their charity or fundraising tournaments on my site.? Then allow golfers to search for potential tournaments they might like to play in.? The database would house all of the public golf courses in the local Atlanta area.? I'd like golfers to be able to sign up for email alerts for courses of their choosing.
