Design a Logo for the upcoming International Leadership Academy

We are creating a school and are in need of an academic seal. Colors preferred are white, burgundy and an oxford blue or deep blue. On the outer circle it will feature the name of our school, International Leadership Academy. Inside we will need a crest with four areas. There should be a symbol in each of the four areas. One of them will be the symbol of the Multinational Academic Services (MAS) company we are part of and the other three should be representing international education, innovation, and leadership. \r\n\r\nTraditional yet simple, we would like to use this seal as a representation of our company and name.
