banner graphic for global travel site

I need a large banner graphic for a site that distributes software to help organize travel plans.
I think on the banner there should be a nice picture of a globe.
I kind of like the globe on this site: <[url removed, login to view]> in terms of color, but that's the only element that I like.
The banner should be about 700 x 150
I'd also like a much smaller version for the software at 600 x 85
The banner should be kind of bright,
For now put the text: Global Travel Software.
I am looking for a new graphic design person and I would like to see a mockup with watermarks if you want the best chance of getting selected.
I would also prefer that you upload the sample to a webserver so that I don't have to download/unzip dozens of files...just post a link to it.
I frequently do software projects as well as sell reports with banner graphics, so could mean longterm.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
