clothing line logo design

Hey I would like my design to be done graphically on a computer that will need to be alter with different colors. I want it to be able to be used with ms word 2007 so I can add other elements around the logo for my clothing line. the logo is simple but i cant get it right on the computer would like a lil help thanks. there is a picture where i tried to do it on the computer using paint.
