Add a page to a website

We currently have a website [login to view URL] and need to add a page to it - this page needs to be able to be picked up by Google, so it cannot be an "image" page (apologies for not knowing the correct terms for this). The page will advertise a new service we are adding to our business. We also would like you to add a new photo to the site.
