FCS are a company that specializes in the supply of modular housing, mobile utilities and infrastructure for remote site clients. Manufacture is based in China with exports worldwide. We are an expanding company but our marketing material was designed in a hurry when we were first established one year ago. It is now no longer adequate for our profile and the types of work we are bidding for. We are therefore looking for a design specialist to assist us with our marketing material. We consider global candidates but due to time differences Asia Pacific candidates in GMT+5-9 time zones are preferred. Candidates must have fluency in English, Chinese language skills are also a bonus. Candidates who can assist with content review as well as design are at an advantage; to that end any candidates with qualifications/experience in business management as well as design will be looked on favourably). We have the following items in place: Logo (I would like to retain this) - Website (I would like to overhaul this either within the same domain or with a new domain; see [login to view URL]) - General Profile Overhaul (overhaul required) We require the following services: 1) Website re-design (Basic multimedia website with language options in English, Mandarin, French, Indonesian/ Malay) 2) Production of standardized multimedia marketing presentation- 10-15 minutes (slides, photo slides, some video) 3) Company Profile/ Brochure 4) Product Marketing fact sheets (Probably 10 x product sheets) 5) Presentation Photographs (Probably 10-20 photos of selected products for display) 6) Production of company stationary package (business cards, stickers/ banners, document headers, email address blocks, type fonts etc) 7) Possibly Exhibition Booth Layout design (backdrop, photo positions) 8) Possibly promotional video 9) Ongoing service agreement to allow for additions and amendments to all the above material. A design brief will be provided for each item prior to final agreement and work will be conducted in collaboration with staff based in Jakarta and Shanghai (using tele/ video conference where physical meeting cannot be organised). Final presentation may involve FCS personnel travelling to the vendor for discussions.
