Build Corporate Website, Blog & Graphic Elements

Hello, My name is Ryan and I am a Project Manager for a full-service marketing agency located in the US. We are seeking a WP-savvy developer/graphic designer team to build a very straightforward responsive corporate website. The web development portion of this project will be approximately 40 pages plus a blog. We have already purchased our WP theme (The Seven by Dream-Theme) and we have all necessary graphics, icons, etc. to complete this project. We also require creation of layered sliders constructed for each page. The top of the homepage will contain a multi-image slider with embedded video, while the other pages will have static slider images at the top of the page. We prefer to use Revolution Slider and LayerSlider WP plugins since they're already purchased as well. We have images, examples as well as a current website URL to provide to specific freelancers (upon request) to help you estimate the cost of this project. We also need specific graphics built to show pricing packages on some of these webpages (examples will be provided later). Please read the additional requirements below carefully: a. You must be willing and able to dialog in English via Skype; b. We need to be able to communicate directly with all members of your team involved in this project, not just your "team leader;" c. We need for you to provide a firm deadline for initial delivery of the website as well as a timeframe for revisions to be completed; d. We must be able to view progress on this project during the course of development, either on your development website or ours; e. Communication should be prompt and open; f. Please give examples of websites your team has completed in the past; g. We prefer to use the WP theme and Slider plugins we have purchased but are open to consider other high-quality, responsive, SEO-optimized themes if you already have multi-user licenses secured for them; h. Please do not ask us to work with you outside of Freelancer.com; i. Milestone payments will be utilized for this project; j.
