Hi, I have been developing websites with Joomla since 2008. Lately I have upgraded a number of sites from Joomla 1.5 to Joomla 3.x. I therefore have the skills and knowledge to complete your project on time and on budget. I have reviewed your site and noted a number of extensions such as Zopim for live chat, a slideshow, survey and some forms. Zopim is available for Joomla 3.2 so there shouldn't be any problem related to extensions. If you have other components, for instance in the back end that you must have, please let me know. As far as design goes I usually use Protostar, the twitter based, minimalist, responsive template that ships with Joomla 3.2. I duplicate it and customize it to meet clients design requirements. However I can also use a commercial template and adjust it. As far as migration goes my approach is usually to start with a blank Joomla 3.2 and transfer user groups, users, categories (and sections), articles, extensions specific content, menus and modules, in that order. I prefer it over the so called automated tools which ofetne create issues that take longer to fix than start with a clean canvas. Do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.
