Build a Website

Hello, I need another website designed. It would be dynamic, blog type. For now, user registration is not mandatory. Ideally, I would be able to update the site with given admin access. I don't have my own hosting. So, the freelancer will need to find out the hosting site as well. Look at this as a sample website : [login to view URL] The website I am planning on would also be on a poet, his biography, and works. Give me a flat rate for the website in your quote. I am in no hurry, and will prefer the cheapest bid. I would also like to see some of the sample site that you built before. Cheers
