Build a Website

I am looking at building a website on the same lines like [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] with some changes..I am ok if an existing wordpress theme is taken for the same (Great if this is mobile optimised) Essentially it would be a website to connect experts with small business owners. The small business owner can have options to choose the country, sector, availability of the expert and then get the list of experts. There would be 2 categories with results, A) Featured experts B) Generic Experts from the results. All the experts will have a dedicated page for them to list their availability to connect (via phone, email or face to face) The small business owners can login from either of the key social media verticals only. The experts can login and upload their profiles from LinkedIn.
