Build a Website

I am very much interested in developing a dynamic website for my company and it should enable SEO which makes them higher compared to all its competitors in search engines. We are looking for the following: A website which illustrates our franchise offering which is very similar to: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Our brand for this is called Family Shopper [login to view URL] What we are looking to do is the following: 1) Have a website that is very vibrant in colour that allows potential franchisees to have all the information they need if they wanted to open a family shopper store. This is a discount franchise offering in the UK so the competitors include: a. Costcutter [login to view URL] b. Nisa [login to view URL] c. Budgens [login to view URL] d. Premier [login to view URL] e. Spar [login to view URL] f. One Stop [login to view URL] Family Shopper has 12 stores at present in the UK my target is to get this to 50 by the end of the year. Purpose of the website: 1) To bring in new leads and enquires so makes the closing process easy 2) What we are looking for a. People who are looking to start their own business b. People looking for a 99p franchise or a discount store franchise, convenience store franchise etc. c. Presently the above competition all have 2,000 stores each so you would need to analyse them in detail. d. You may decide that we market against the competition so people that are existing Costcutter etc. may want to become Family Shopper so the idea is to get as many enquires as possible for my sales team to then close the deal. Forms: We would have an Apply Now button so the retailers can apply for a Family Shopper franchise. Marketing: We would want you to do all the content writing, build the site in a way that its with the present Google algorithm and we start ranking in Google for the terms against the competition etc. Once we have done this we may decide to do Google PPC but lets get the site built the correct way and rich with content. Also, we would need to own the source code of the website and have an admin to change any text or content on the front etc. We would have an application form etc. Otherwise this is a very simple site and project that allows people who want to open a store in the UK to join our franchise.
