CRM with customer portal (including some customer self-service). Hierarchical permission/ rights.
CRM will have:
- Dashboard, based on user role
- Tasks (Cases)
- Uploaded documents (related to Accounts)
- Customer Portal User Management (built into Contacts)
Web Services API. REST service request via URL form to pull existing data; data needs to be rendered.
Hosted either on AWS or Azure, SSL.
