I done similar job about month ago so I can do it for you too for less money. 1. You have list of codes (or something like this) in database. 2. Buyer fill order form (any fields you want but email mandatory) 2. Order saved in database and redirected to PayPal 3. If Buyer successfully pay for code them will be redirected to "thank you" page and one code from the list will be send. 4. At this moment you have email/transaction id in PayPal and email/transaction and all information about order in database.
