Creating a New application that would served :
Standard features :
1st Administration of the whole application
2nd User Accounts and intergrating payment option
3rd moderation
4th Upload files up to 2GB or more
5th Upload the file from direct external sources and youtube
Notes for upload files :
Uploading file should not be in to memory but directly to the hdd - to use fopen instead of file_get_contents or similar.
6th categorization
7th Nice and simple links ( mod_url_rewrite )
8th Sabloner ( styling site and the possibility of adding a new style )
Special Features :
1st Convert videos through FFMPEG
2nd Cron transfer videos through FFMPEG
3rd Convert Video to mp3
4th Cron Convert Video to mp3
Note to convert video :
Transfer any video formats to mp3, mp4 , flv
Conversion to mp4 or flv should be Personalized so that his final set was the smallest and also the quality of the image .
Note for transfer:
Transfer should be progressively displayed in any progress bar even after you close the browser , the user should have access to state of the process using a URL that was generated after uploading the file.
5th Flash player for mp3 , mp4 , flv
6th Generated thumbnails for video player
7th Downloaded video images and the main comments from the CSFD.CZ and possibly IMDB.COM .
Also allow users to download video contents from youtube.com to the website and create a content.
The application will be multimedia content.
I should not forget to mention that i need to restrict users from downloading content and manage their speed of downloading also how many content they can download each day.
