Civicrm + Drupal Guru Required for 1000$

Dear All, I have an exciting project based on Drupal 7 and Civicrm, a cloud based CRM platform. I am setting up a team of developers to work on this project. Currently I am looking for that first expert who will move this project forward. Development team : Initially you will be the only one working but over time (2-3 months) we will setup a team of developers. Development platform : I have number of cloud servers so you will have access to development environment via VPN. I maintain a Osticket system with Drupal/Civicrm changes needed. You will pick up ticket and work on it in your own leisure. For multiple developers I will have multiple cloud machines so you will be master of your own environment. We will use agile approach and production site should be updated on 2 week sprint basis. Online wiki will be maintained for documentation. Hours : I need someone to work FULL time (160-200 hours a month). Package : I have a budget of 1000$ to you on monthly basis for next 12 months. I can pay you bi weekly on sprint deliverables. Duration: Long term , at least next one year guaranteed Skills Needed : At least 5 years of experience in Core Software Development Expert or a Guru in Php Coding Deep knowledge of Drupal Modules , hacks Understanding of Civicrm module Development, Hooks Understanding of Drupal + Civicrm interaction I don't need: Someone to install Drupal so no infrastructure experience is counted. I need someone on core development platform. I don't need anyone with website development experience. This is a serious CRM application development assignment. Please respond me by compiling at least A4 page details on your core Civicrm and Drupal experience. Do not write generic lines , write in detail about modules you have developed on your own. You should be ready to undergo a test on Civicrm + Drupal task.
