I did forxpro 2.6 (DOS Platform) long back in near mid 1990s. I dont have the Appllication though, but I am open to taking this task up not because of money, but because I loved the DOS and the then Applications. I would like to discuss about the project before taking it up asto ascertain what exactly is needed. If you cannot provide me a copy of Foxpro, I would take time to visualize the @SAY and @GET statements and try figuring out how the forms are to be laid out. I am a fresher here at Freelancer and as such I could not invite you to IM / PM but I am sure you can. If you feel to chat with me before finalizing, I would be happy. Below are highlights of my experience: 15+ years in Foxpro 8+ years in Visual Foxpro, MSSQL, 3+ years in VB 2+ years in .NET, C#, HTML5. You can convert your old Foxpro to VFP9. I have extensive experience in DOS Foxpro and VFP9 as well and have already handled a few similar projects. Then a Web version also can be developed as per your choice of platform. Approach: 1. Existing software: A well written documentation would be very much helpful. Otherwise also, I can extract the logic and calculation formulas from the PRG files and reprots. 2. Conversion to VFP9 (development): Screen designs, modification to existing concept etc shall be discussed prior to start of development. 3. Prototype Delivery: I can show you a few samples immediately after start of project. 4. Trial versions: Trial versions will be delivered from time to time for your review and approval. These version will be in Test/Trial mode and not meant for working on real data. 5. Full version: After your review and acceptance of the entire functionality, full and final version will be delivered to you. Testing will be done along with development and after development at my side. However final version will be released after your approval.
