Custom Luxury Home real estate website needed

Hello there and thank you for reviewing my job offer. I am a real estate agent in Houston, TX and I need a beautifully clean and fully functional realty website made within the next couple weeks.
Normally, I would go to [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] and pay a low monthly fee for a spectacular website but I need some custom features integrated into it and that is why I am here.
Here is some info about the website which I need you to be able to do:
1. Landing page has a map with the 100 newest properties of the day showing in it, indicated by the usual peg for each one. When you run your mouse over it, you see a preview of the listing. Also you can click somewhere on it and it will show you the newest listings for that region within 1 mile radius. click again to undo.
2. An MLS search module. Just like in all the other Real Estate sites out there, people need to be able to search the currently active Houston MLS database to find and select their favorite homes.
3. "Newest listings" on landing page with widgets on other pages
4. "Previously viewed" widgets on pages
5. "Best Value Luxury Homes" on landing page with widgets on other pages
6. Social Media integration (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.)
7. Promotional Code capture and redemption. Accounting for individual codes and when they are used. Ability to assign and create new promotions and code numbers.
8. Advertising space for companies like Home Warranty, Handy Man, etc.

11. Home Builder Section: We'll need to use "page-scraping" of [login to view URL] to create some pages about building a new home and a search home-builders database. A home-builder page will be a profile page that I can edit myself. The customer can Inquire, request a showing, request a call back.

14. Townhomes/Condos Section

16. Member login and member account. Members can favorite homes, inquire about them, schedule a showing, request a call back, and click to make an offer.
17. I need a lead router. So when a member creates an account I can track what homes they are looking at. I need a text alert sent to my phone when a customer makes an inquiry, a request for a call back, or schedules a showing.
18. Home value module. Customers who own a house and want to sell need to know how much their home is worth. This module will tell them. From here they can click other places to find out more about selling. They can inquire, request a call back, set an appointment for a face to face.
19. Internal messaging between people.
20. Customers can save searches and create an email alert for it so when the newest property comes on the market, they will know with an email alert.

23. Customers can share the property with others via email, text, Facebook, etc.
24. Customers can Invite others to join, to use a promotional code or view a property
25. Customers can view "Just Sold" properties within the most recent 6 months in the "Home Owners" section where they are checking the value of their home.
26. I need to be notified of all activity on the site like when a homeowner is checking the value on their home, or when a search is conducted and what the search was for.
27. Customers can make advanced searches using more specific criteria.
28. I need to be able to upload some PDF documents on some pages. For example: a rental application form in the Rental Section.
29. All sections mentioned above will have other pages within those respective sections where customers can find more information about renting, building, buying, apartment living, etc.
30. Home searches shall be limited to only homes listed at $300,000 or more.
31. There will be independent search modules for the 6 types of homes. Results come up as closest to their location.
