Custom wordpress website with custom built plugins. XML feed integration.

I need a custom website created, it's a phone sex website and there are XML feeds which need to integrate into the site to show which operators are online and available for a phone call. There is also a second XML feed with operators profile information. This should auto populate profile pages linked to the mini profiles on the front page. All content pulled from the XML feeds should be over rideable and once I over ride information on a profile page, the plugin should ignore the XML feed for that page. This is beacause the XML feed may not be unique content so will need spinning, rewriting. I would like the site integrated to a social media, I want to be able to choose some star operators and have a personalised message sent out on twitter / facebook when that operator logs on and the XML feed shows her as available. I'd like a customisable features operator section and the ability to comment on operator profiles but with spam protection.a similar site is here [login to view URL]
