assign background color to 2 div - simple HTML/CSS -- 2

Quick and simple project - the way the website is configured right now is that everything is centered middle and when I add background color code to the div's css, it is centering the background color as well.

sir, i read your project and i understood the project needs. I see your attached image and i find the solution which is to apply the background color in div only if this error creating bu applying background-clip property in div but offcourse i don't know reason why this error occuring because you are a well exprienced web developer. So i resolve this error and i complete this job perfectly in given timeframe and also in budget. I waiting for your response.
