Architectural Plans - Coloured in InDesign

We have 10 apartment layouts that need to be coloured up in InDesign, similar to the example attached.
You will be provided with 10x A3 PDF's of the drawings.
These need to be coloured up in Indesign.
We need you to then forward us the live InDesign files and a PDF of the coloured drawings.
The idea is to complete one and then once we agree that its OK you can do the other 9.
We will have to try different colours and agree upon the right ones.
Its not a very complicated exercise, but the time frame is quite tight, we need it completed in 2 days.
The work can be done on an hourly rate.
We are looking for someone who we can work with on an ongoing basis.
You need to speak good English, clear communication is important.
