Creating a Gif header animation

Creating a Gif header animation that can be developed with Timeline in Photoshop. The final animated GIF should be similar to the attached sample GIF file. 3 animated sliders will be created as in the GIF sample.
All images and artwork will be provided. Your job is to put is together and make the animations.
What is needed is the final psd file and also the Final GIF file. Let me know how much it cost and how long it will take. If you can send me sample of GIF animated work you have done please send it to me.
This is not the only project for GIF animation. There will be more to follow.
