Custom eBook Headers, Custom eBook 3D book, CUstom eBook Covers

We are looking for three different items designed: First is headers for our ebooks. They will carry the same general design, with each a different color scheme. The header will be on every page of the ebooks, so it will not have to be slim. There will be a place for our logo, as well as the title of the ebook. We will provide a sample PDF so you know what size to make the header. We will be applying the header in a word doc, and exporting to PDF. eBook Cover Second, we need an ebook cover (front page of ebook), that can be placed on the front of each ebook. Again this is a general design that will go on 5 different titled ebooks. They should all carry the same general design, each with a different color scheme. The color schemes should match the headers. The front page designs will have our logo, and title of the ebook. Lastly we need 3 ebook 3D book images created. This should carry our logo, and a unique design, this will be used for promotional purposes. We need all of this done within 2 days.
