Design a Brochure - Capability Statement

I need a company capability brochure that will be 8 x A4 pages, created by folding and saddle stitching 2 x A3 pages printed front and back . This brochure will describe what the company does. There will be 7 pictures and one graphic to include - I will supply these. I want a clean modern look with lots of white space. The attached Modus brochure gives an idea of the modern style I want but it must not be copied. The colours I want are supplied in the attached Brochure [login to view URL] file. Please supply samples of similar work undertaken. Im looking for design flair, not necessarily the cheapest price. The files must be provided in print ready CYMK pdfs, and original InDesign/Illustrator files must be supplied.
