Blend xaml wpf UI/UX expert for Windows application

Hi All, This project is for a WPF Blend Designer, XAML, UI/UX Interaction Designer, Integrator. We have a windows software we are building in VS2012 and we need to upscale/upgrade our entire UI to have a quality UX. We are seeking a designer with exeptional UI/UX talent to create the GUI part of our software. We use Ribbons, Tabs, Grids, Tables, Radio buttons, checkboxes and all sorts of other controls. Each page needs to be organized, with clear labeling, tags and displays. We need to replace graphics of icons, page colors, background colors, change colors/size/style of fonts in diff areas. We need it all in the xaml files that we'll integrate into our software, and of course any additional graphic files. Please note: We are required to buy and own all graphics that are used. If you find great icons in Fotolia, or any other stocked images that is not a problem. We will buy the images directly from those sources - if we approve them as part of sketchs you will provide. All graphics, code or any input including icons, images, sketches, designs are to be surrender to us for complete ownership to us. We have about 50 screens that we work on, some of them are Popups -response -MDI windows. The theme of this software is related to Backup and Restore in windows. Attached are two screenshots of our current app, so you can get a feel for what we have today. We are looking to see suggested themes to replace the current looks we have, and based on the theme we'll select the developer who will be assigned to this project. What do we need in order to select you as the winner? ======================================= We need a theme to start this project. We need you to provide a sample of a theme in the form of a jpg/bmp that shows us a screen of how you think the page should look like. Pick one of our current sample images below, and show us how it looks in a jpg so we have an understanding of what you think it should look like and if we like your design (remember, this is not required to be 100% exact at this time), we will select you as the bidder. We have 50 forms to create. The project will consist of initial work of the theme development and then per page design work. For the initial theme - in the samples - if selected - we'll pay $100. For all following pages, we'll pay $15 per page. If you have any questions, please post them here. We prefer that you contact us on this website and not directly, unless you were selected. For us to release the $100 we'll require to have the full blend theme project file with all it's resources. While we prefer to work with one provider, we may not select you to do the implementations of the 50 pages. This is to be determined on the level of communication we'll have with the winner.
