Design an App Mockup

I am looking for someone who can design a Stock Market related app. The initial designs are more or less done however we need some more work to be done based on the initial designs. Skills Required- HTML5, CSS3, JS Desirable: PHP, strong graphic design skills A big part of our app is creating live infographics, so the ideal candidate has experience in data visualisation/ charting library's and an interest in this area. The work will be done at a clients office based in the Sydney CBD and you will be required for atleast 3 days a week.
