BootStrap design for 2 web pages

We as an Review page for product & we are looking for a UI /UX developer who can develop 2 front end pages for our review portal. Following is our requirements. >The page would have responsive design with retina ready functionality. >The main review page would have Cover image/ Product company logo /comment section / picture & video gallery / Introduction of item to be reviewed / product futures/ product specification section/ratings / Likes / dislikes/ Votes/ Views / visits/ News and feeds from admin/ admin review section/ social media links / google map/product store details/ contact us/ Google ad sense section/ Side advertise section for our reference/ Right side pop up for advertise /2 or 3 user widgets / Similar products list. > Modal pop ups with attractive effects. > Parallax effects >Flexibility for future features addition.
