Build and Update HTML Template

We are looking for a highly talented designer-programmer that can take care of various jobs including the following Building Websites Converting PSD to HTML Manipulating existing HTML and CSS designs Implementing new website design (look and feel) into large websites while conducting business Creating New Forms must be a great communicator with high integrity able to tackle both small and large projects. We need someone that is highly adaptable and ready to work with ample time to devote to our project making this a high priority. Also able to interact with other developers and work as a team to accomplish a goal with a keen understanding of what needs to be accomplished. We want you to be able to see our vision and add to it. We have many jobs that need to be done. We are attaching a current template that was created that needs to have small changes as we add our existing website content into it. You will need to be able to manipulate the current CSS website design in the files and manipulate it according to our requests.
