Milestones. Milestone 1 (company) • Build an affiliate management system for our company’s own affiliates, this means tracking the traffic they send us via a unique link that can be generated and be readable ie a name and numbers. This tracks ‘affiliate sales’. • Have a company sales dashboard that tracks which promotional offers are doing best with graphs and tables so I can visually see which is best. This should also tie in google analytics so I can see traffic/ campaigns in relation to sales. • Product dashboard, this will allow me to control the different offers/promotions we will either create or manage or delete. Each product will have a choice of a discount code, first payment value, a follow on subscription price value and a time in days for a free trial it will also have a name and a start and end date with an option for an infinite end date. • Customer relationship management dashboard, a twitter feed and Facebook feed with options to create tweets, messages and Facebook posts. I would like notifications on mentions of our brand when tagged in a post. I would like the company to have a support ticket system and an email dashboard. I would like a customer task list dashboard where I could log problems from ticket ids that import info on screen and we can save comments and responses to customers via the system and further onto their email. • Member management dashboard. This should have a membership id or name search feature. This will display a table of what the customers join date and time was and the period of free trial, first payment value, a follow on subscription price value and if any failed payments have been made after free trial (payments are taken automatically via paypal or amazon simple pay). Milestone 2 (Client) • Registration form and payment method selected either bitcoin, paypal or amazon simple pay. This is needed in order to sign up. • Have dashboard which lists projects, an upsell to upgrade, create a new project. • Each project will have its own dashboard in which customers can create pages and are limited to the product or subscription they have chosen or else they have to upgrade. • When creating a project, there will be gaudies that will appear just as in adobe illustrator to help to snap objects to a grid. You can add block of HTML code etc. • You can select what type of page you want to use ie a blog, offer page, payment page and a shop page. This then loads the tools needed for that page. • Clients can host on our server but can use their own domain name so the settings would have to be on the project dashboard where you can see snapshots and names of pages. • The pages have an SEO tool that shows the on page seo in a percentage just like wordpress plugin scribe how good the seo is on the page. • clients will have in the project dashboard a button that will go into a page performance dashboard that will be used for A/B conversion testing this sets up the dynamic pages that are shown to different customers to find the best performing version of that page. • Clients will have an affiliate dashboard that works just like our company’s. Milestone 3 • The customer side of the ticket system for our clients needs to be set up just as the same as our dashboard with CRM and a support ticket system. Only that specific client can see the problems relating to our clients pages/projects.
