Build a Website -- 2

We have two domains, www. [login to view URL] which is hosted and run by [login to view URL], and [login to view URL] which is hosted on 1and1 and currently written in WordPress. It is the .com site that we wish to enhance and develop. I expect the site to change fairly regularly, say 4 – 6 times a year to promote shows that we are attending and/or promotions on a particular product. Our corporate colour is as per the logo, blue and grey. I don’t know the pantones for this but can get them. Despite the black oil that is endemic in our industry(!) we really are very ‘green’ in terms of reusing, remanufacturing, and giving new life to old products so it’ll be good if we can show somehow, these green credentials. Some of our competitor’s websites are as follows: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Presently our site is too clean and minimalist and not the least bit eye catching. The intended audience are likely to be car mechanics but also foreign corporations that now account for a significant part of our turnover. The addition of pictures/photos of our pumps and injectors would greatly enhance the confidence of prospective purchasers and need to be added. We have a lot of overseas purchasers so we need at least French and German translations and depending on the ease at which this can be accomplished, then Russian, Rumanian, Polish, Farsi and Spanish. The .[login to view URL] website is a good model for the way our business is split into groups, namely pumps & injectors, further broken down by manufacturer. We are also pushing our way into the industrial territory which includes Generators, Agricultural vehicles and Marine application which needs some prominence. More as I think of it. I am reposting this as pressure of work got in the way. I'm focussing on this now as I would like it finished by end November. Thanks Mike
