I require a designer to design a theme for a site I am coding the site and only require a template design along with associated assets to reproduce website pages based of the design theme.
The site will be centred around the UK construction industry, and is to look professional and will be used by both businesses and individual tradesmen. Once the site design is complete, all royalties and rights to the images and design will need to be waved, any third party images or assets used will need have to have been appropriately acquired with written acceptance for indefinite use without royalties or further payment.
A Non-disclosure agreement also a 2 year non-competition agreement within the united kingdom will need to be agreed to prior to more specific details on the project can be discussed.
