Create an Animation

I need a drawing done without any clipart. I need it done in CorelDraw or in Illustrator. I need it delivered in a Vector ESP that will open in CorelDraw 16. The first thing I need is a picture of a Jesus that does not exist out there anywhere. It will be to the specs we need. Once it is complete we will proceed on with the drawing. I want the picture to look nice like the one I have uploaded, but not close enough that it is infringement on the other artist. I want the hair to be shorter, not over his ears and not down his neck. I want a crown half way down on his forehead like the picture of Jesus riding the horse.
