I am working on simple agency website. I already purchased theme. I need wordpress and CSS expert.
Things to do on website:
1. Design Simple Logo and Fix it.
2. Design Call Us now Image.
3. Setup Home page
I have all content and images for site. I also have example site of my competitor. He is also using same theme. You just have to make site like his website.
Any expert can fix it all things in 2-3 hours. It is simple work.
P.S: I prefer Indian expert.
