Hello, I'm in a need for Web design for a new website which I'm coding, but I lack the skills of a layout designer. Technical requirements: Responsive HTML/CSS, I need frontpage design and "dummy" page with basic page elements H1 - 3, paragraph text, simpel table and form example. HTML/CSS should be valid and function with latest browsers IE, FF, Chrome. Task: Create design to resemble the one displayed in [login to view URL] with coloscheme basically from CExp.png. Leave "logo" spot empty, I shall fill that in as I get it from my customer. Proposed actions: - Design layout with your choice of application e.g. Photoshop - Allow 1 - 2 rounds of changes to that design - After accepted design create responsive HTML/CSS version out of it with above mentioned two pages - Deliver both original layout image(i.e. photoshop psd) and zipped package
