Design a Website Mockup

I am not looking for a website developer , I am looking for a top skilled website graphical designer that can create innovative and cool websites on PSD or Illustrator. Just post a couple of your best designs in reply (urls) and I'll check them out, I won't read any pre-written reply, will also value if Spanish language is spoken, not a must. The designer will need to create a new mock up of an existing site, will provide more details in PM. I will only consider 4.8 or higher ratings.
